Decision taken in the interest of the club
Storrie remains as a consultant
The reign of Peter Storrie in Portsmouth has come to an end after the club announced that he had resigned as its executive director.
Portsmouth Manager, Andrew Andronikou, Storrie said made the decision after consulting his family and friends and decided it was in the best interest of the club if I had to leave full-time job at Portsmouth.
"Managers like to thank Mr Storrie for their help and support over recent weeks undivided," read a statement on the website of Portsmouth.
Storrie will remain at the club in an advisory role and administrators expect their assistance in "a wide range of issues," including the sale of the club, the FA Cup semi final, final arrangements and other projects. Administrators say "will be rewarded accordingly.
